Meet Gediminas Rudzinskas. He is a building administration manager in Kaunas. Gediminas is committed to ensuring that every Civinity customer returns to their home to enjoy a fully maintained apartment block building.
Gediminas started his career at Civinity in 2019. Before joining the team, he tried several jobs in different countries. While balancing his studies and work, he would travel and work in the United States during the summer. This has helped Gediminas to understand not only the expectations of clients from a service provider’s perspective, but also to get to know and develop himself as an individual.
“The experience I gained in dealing with clients across the Atlantic is one of my strengths today. I have learned to listen and understand different people, different expectations. After all, our goal is to meet our clients’ needs. We have to remember that everything starts with the first conversation.” – he says.
Gediminas values his experience and the contacts he has made, which inspires him to succeed and to feel supported by his clients, who thank him by writing thank you notes for solving their problems. Over the years, he has contributed to company initiatives and events.
“Additional initiatives are important to me because they are usually the way I meet new colleagues, broaden my horizons and always learn something new.” – says Gediminas.
Gediminas is a great example of what it means to do your job well and contribute to the company’s activities. He also cares about the well-being of his colleagues and has joined the Civinity ambassadors, who are constantly working on different ideas that bring joy to all employees.
“I can confidently say that being a Civinity ambassador motivates me to strive for leadership and to bring creativity to bear on the challenges I face. And most importantly, it encourages me to make meaningful decisions for the company. And you know what brightens up a monotonous daily routine? It’s the various initiatives from which there is always something to learn.” – says Gediminas.
