Civinity Solutions has been entrusted with the maintenance of the newly built 32 000 square metre warehouse of the “Vlantana” Logistics Centre, which will open in early 2021.
The entire logistics complex consists of a modern building complex, warehouses, the company’s own training centre, a petrol station, a workshop, and a motel, with a total area of 67 000 square metres.
Civinity Solutions company’s extensive experience and high level of professional qualifications met the client’s requirements for a building supervisor. The company therefore started to provide heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, sewage, and fire safety maintenance for the site. It will also provide advice on the implementation of renewable energy solutions and other services related to building maintenance.
